Amplified Studios is a professional music production studio. recording and rehearsal studio located in North San Diego. They record Hip-Hop, Pop, Metal, Jazz, Funk, Blues, Voice-overs, and more.

Rehearsal Studios

Their rehearsal spaces are two studios. Asides from having great acoustics, they offer a choice of guitar and bass amps from an extensive gear collection to use during clients' sessions. Every session includes an extra 15 minutes on each end for setup and breakdown, a bonus of 30 minutes. They offer a large selection of new and vintage guitar/bass amps, keyboards, drums, and a high-quality PA. You choose the gear you’d like to use when you book and it’ll be set up by the time you get here. Studios A and B are acoustically treated to provide the best possible sound quality - unlike any other rehearsal studio in the area!

Recording

Studio A is a 500 sf classic recording space with two layers of mass loaded vinyl  (MLV) in the walls and 10” of Rockwool soundproof insulation in the ceiling, as well as an isolation room complete with a vocalist booth; also,  Studio A is used as the control room for Studio B.

 

Studio B, which is called “The Living Room”, is a 950sq ft casual environment, complete with a permanent keyboard setup, which is used for live band recordings. They take advantage of the room’s 18’ ceiling and custom diffusers to create the perfect environment to record drums.

Amplified Studios offers the services of videography and audio recording teams, combined to provide their clients with videos from one angle shot to a complex, many cameras/multiple camera productions. The team at Amplified Studios has a pre-production client meeting before any video shoot to determine the storyboard. 

Amplified Studios offer a one-stop solution to creating your vision, all at a reasonable price, with clients' input guiding the project. Amplified Studios can provide clients with a two-minute demo video to showcase your project as well as the creative design to produce your entire EP and video
